1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ML138 ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the ML138 online gambling platform available at https://ml138.click ("Platform", "Website", "Service").

ML138 operates as an internationally licensed online gambling platform. These Terms are the complete and exclusive agreement between you and ML138 relating to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings with respect to the Platform.

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform. Please read these Terms carefully before proceeding.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account with ML138, you must satisfy all of the following requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are not a resident of, nor accessing the Platform from, a Restricted Jurisdiction.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of another person or entity.
• You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, contractor, agent, or affiliate of ML138, or an immediate family member thereof.
• You have not previously had an Account terminated or suspended by ML138 for a breach of these Terms.
• You are not registering a duplicate Account — each person may hold only one active Account.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your applicable jurisdiction.
• Participating in online gambling is not prohibited by the laws applicable to you in your location or jurisdiction of residence.

4. Account Registration & KYC Verification

When registering an Account with ML138, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of any funds held therein.

4.1 Required Information

During registration, you will be required to provide: full legal name, date of birth, email address, contact number, preferred currency (MYR), and a valid username and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

4.2 KYC Documentation

ML138 may request KYC documents at any time, including but not limited to: government-issued photo identification (MyKad, passport), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested KYC documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions or Account suspension.

4.3 One Account Policy

Each individual Player is permitted to hold a maximum of one registered Account. If ML138 identifies duplicate Accounts linked to the same individual — whether by device, IP address, payment method, or personal identification — all duplicate Accounts will be closed. Funds in duplicate Accounts may be forfeited in their entirety, particularly where there is evidence of promotional exploitation.

5. Terms of Use

By accessing and using the ML138 Platform, you agree to the following usage terms:

5.1 Permitted Use

The Platform is provided for personal entertainment purposes only. You may access the Platform from a compatible device using a standard web browser. No software download is required to use ML138.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated cheating in multi-player games or sports betting markets.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any winnings derived from a technical error are not valid and may be reversed.
• Using fraudulent payment methods or initiating unauthorised chargebacks.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring deposits to avoid detection, or any other financial crime through the Platform.
• Using the Platform in a manner that causes disruption, denial of service, or interference with other Players' use of the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform while residing in or visiting a Restricted Jurisdiction.
• Creating an Account while subject to a self-exclusion order from ML138 or from another gambling operator where reciprocal exclusion applies.

5.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your Account credentials. ML138 will never request your password via email, live chat, or telephone. You must notify ML138 immediately via live chat if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. ML138 is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to adequately protect your login credentials.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ML138 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Malaysian payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online Banking, and Hong Leong Connect. Cryptocurrency deposits are accepted in Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and BNB.

6.2 Deposit Terms

All deposits are credited in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit. ML138 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own service charges. E-wallet deposits (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow) are generally credited instantly. FPX bank transfers typically process within 5–15 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits are subject to network confirmation times.

6.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals are only available to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. ML138 applies a same-source return policy to prevent financial crimes. Before processing any withdrawal, you must have completed KYC verification. Active bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirement may not be withdrawn. ML138 targets processing of verified withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated at the point of request, which may vary by payment method and volume.

6.4 Withdrawal Restrictions

ML138 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing in the following circumstances: pending KYC verification; suspected fraud or money laundering; active security investigation; breach of these Terms; or technical issues outside ML138's reasonable control. In such cases, ML138 will communicate with the affected Player via registered email within a reasonable timeframe.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, promotions, free bets, cashback offers, VIP rewards, birthday bonuses, and referral incentives offered by ML138 are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer. The following general bonus terms apply to all ML138 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus amounts and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated for each promotion.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered Players only. ML138 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its discretion.
• One Bonus Per Promotion: Unless stated otherwise, each promotion is available once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and any associated free bets expire after the period stated in the offer terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation.
• Game Contribution: Different game categories may contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino and table games may contribute at a lower rate. Specific contribution rates are stated in individual promotion terms.
• Abuse and Misuse: ML138 reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold associated winnings, and close Accounts where bonus abuse is identified, including but not limited to: arbitrage betting with bonus funds, opening multiple Accounts to claim multiple bonuses, or engaging in irregular betting patterns designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine risk.
• VIP Programme: The ML138 VIP Programme operates across six tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, and Royal Black Diamond. Cashback rates, birthday bonuses, and other VIP benefits are calculated and awarded based on verified monthly wagering turnover. VIP tier calculations are made in good faith and ML138's decision on tier placement is final.

8. Betting & Gaming Rules

8.1 General Gaming Rules

All games available on the ML138 Platform are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or are provided as live-streamed games via licensed third-party game providers. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual results. Game outcomes are determined at the time of play and are final.

8.2 Sportsbook Rules

ML138's sportsbook covers Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League (EPL), UEFA Champions League, UFC, and other domestic and international sporting events. All bets are accepted subject to the specific sporting rules applicable to the relevant event. In-play (live) betting odds are subject to change and suspension at any time. Bets accepted in error at clearly incorrect odds may be voided. ML138's sportsbook rules are available in the FAQ section and are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

8.3 Voided Bets and Abandoned Events

If an event is cancelled, abandoned, or otherwise fails to conclude under the applicable sporting rules, bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to Players' Accounts. In the case of postponed events, bets may remain valid for a specified period as determined by ML138 at its discretion.

8.4 Maximum Winnings

ML138 reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits on single bets or accumulated winnings across a specified period. Any applicable limits will be communicated at the point of bet placement or in the relevant terms for the game or market in question.

9. Responsible Gambling

ML138 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide a suite of player protection tools to support responsible gambling behaviour. Players are encouraged to use these tools proactively and to seek help if gambling is causing harm.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a mandatory 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum duration for each gambling session. ML138 will send a notification when the limit is reached.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary restriction on their Account for a period of 24 hours, 72 hours, 7 days, 14 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request permanent or long-term self-exclusion. ML138 will process such requests promptly. Self-excluded players must not attempt to re-register. If a self-excluded player successfully registers a new Account, ML138 will close it and may forfeit any balance if evidence of deliberate circumvention of self-exclusion is found.
• Reality Checks: Players are encouraged to track time and money spent on the Platform. Regular account statements are available on request.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

ML138 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ML138 collects personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification (KYC), payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the provision of responsible gambling tools. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is retained for the periods required by applicable licensing obligations and financial record-keeping requirements.

11. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the ML138 Platform, including but not limited to its software, design, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and game content, are owned by or licensed to ML138. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights in or to the Platform's intellectual property beyond the limited licence to use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the ML138 Platform without prior written consent from ML138. Unauthorised use of ML138's intellectual property may result in legal action.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ML138 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of gambling winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, or service interruptions.

ML138's total aggregate liability to you for any direct damages arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ML138 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components. We will not be liable for any losses arising from technical failures, network outages, or third-party service interruptions beyond ML138's reasonable control.

13. Account Suspension & Termination

ML138 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, identity theft, or other criminal activity;
• Chargeback or unauthorised payment dispute;
• Duplicate Account creation;
• Use of prohibited software or tools;
• Collusion, cheating, or bonus abuse;
• Failure to comply with a KYC request within the stipulated timeframe;
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a licensing authority.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, ML138 reserves the right to withhold some or all of the balance, including winnings, pending investigation and, where applicable, recovery of funds obtained through breach. Where an Account is closed by ML138 for reasons not attributable to a breach by the Player, verified real-money balances (excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be returned to the Player via the registered withdrawal method.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their Account should contact ML138 via live chat support. Self-exclusion requests will be processed separately under the Responsible Gambling framework.

14. Amendments to These Terms

ML138 reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ML138 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to active Players via email to the registered address or via a notice posted on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

You are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically. The effective date at the top of this document indicates when these Terms were last updated. If you do not agree to any amendment, you should cease using the Platform and contact support to close your Account.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ML138 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable mandatory local law.

ML138 has an internal complaints procedure. Players who wish to raise a formal complaint should contact the ML138 support team in the first instance via live chat. ML138 will acknowledge formal complaints within 5 business days and aims to provide a final resolution within 28 days. Where a complaint cannot be resolved internally, Players may have recourse to alternative dispute resolution mechanisms available under the relevant licensing framework.
